1 Introduction

2. The prices

All prices mentioned in the webshop of Perfect Organized Amsterdam are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs will be added to the total amount. Perfect Organized Amsterdam makes every effort to ensure that the prices on the website are correct. If there appears to be an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order at the correct price. The agreement is concluded the moment you place a final order with Perfect Organized Amsterdam. You automatically agree to these terms and conditions at the time of confirming your order.

3. Orders

All articles described and depicted on the website of Perfect Organized Amsterdam that have an amount, can be ordered in the webshop. After placing an order you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing an overview of the ordered items, the invoice number and the delivery address. If the information on the order confirmation is incorrect , please contact: info@perfectorganizedamsterdam.nl. If Perfect Organized Amsterdam has not received a response from you within 24 hours, we assume that all information is correct. Perfect Organized Amsterdam cannot be held liable for the delivery of the order to an incorrect address, if this is the result of a typing error and/or the filling in of incorrect information by you (the customer). Although Perfect Organized Amsterdam uses an online stock system, it is possible that an item is sold out or has been ordered by someone else at the same time. In this case, Perfect Organized Amsterdam will inform you as soon as possible and/or send the item to you as soon as possible after new delivery.

4. Payment and Deposits

When your order is placed on the website of Perfect Organized Amsterdam, you must pay the total amount of your order, and (if applicable) the shipping costs. As soon as we have received the payment, this will be confirmed to you by email. After this, the settlement of the order will be put into effect. Perfect Organized Amsterdam strives to process the order as soon as possible.

If you have made use of our service department, the client must pay the amount due to Perfect Organized Amsterdam, including VAT, within 14 days of the invoice date. If the amount exceeds 1000 euros, the client must pay 20% before the work is carried out.

5. Shipping and shipping costs

Perfectly Organized Amsterdam ships the items with PostNL and use the standard shipping options with track & trace. The standard shipping costs for an order on the website are:

The shipping costs via PostNL within the Netherlands are:

  • Letterbox package: € 4.25 (0-2 kg, size: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm)

  • Package: € 6.95 (0-10 kg, size: 100 x 50 x 50 cm)

The shipping costs via PostNL within Belgium are:

  • Package: €13.00

6. Delivery

For every order, delivery is only made after receipt of payment. Perfect Organized Amsterdam strives to ship the ordered items within 5 working days, provided the items are in stock. For pre-order orders, Perfect Oranganized Amsterdam aims to deliver within 6 weeks. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the confirmation of the shipment. No rights can be derived from the reported and stated delivery times. In addition, the stated delivery times cannot lead to any form of liability. All our products are carefully checked and well packed before shipping. We are not liable for delays in delivery times that arise during or result from the transport of your order by PostNL. During holidays or for pre-order items, the delivery time may be slightly longer, if this is the case we will contact you.

7. Returns

You have the right to return the items delivered by Perfect Organized Amsterdam within 14 days of receipt. Do you want to return an item? please contact: info@perfectorganizedamsterdam.nl. The items must not be used before returning them. The costs of the return shipment under 100 euros are at your own risk. Insufficiently stamped returns will be deducted from your refund. We are not liable for the loss of the return shipment. Perfect Organized Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse returned items or to return only part of the amount if it is suspected that the item has been used or has been damaged intentionally. If the product shows a defect, you must report this to us immediately upon receipt. Keep the proof of sending until your return has been processed by us.

8. Personal data and confidentiality service services

In order to process the order, we store your personal data in the management of our webshop. In addition, your data will be used by Perfect Organized Amsterdam for internal marketing purposes, such as sending newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe. We will then delete your personal information from our system. Your data will not be made available to third parties for commercial purposes. Of course, we use the applicable laws and regulations when using your personal data.

Perfect Organized Amsterdam does not share any private data that it receives from the client (in whatever form) to third parties.

The duty of confidentiality described in this article does not apply to information:

  • that was already public before Perfect Organized Amsterdam learned of this information or that later became public without this being the result of a violation of the confidentiality obligation;
  • which is made public by Perfect Organized Amsterdam on the basis of a legal obligation.

9. Liability

Perfect Organized Amsterdam is not liable for damage that may arise from the use of the products supplied by us and cannot be held liable for any consequences of a delayed delivery and/or typing error or inaccuracies in a text you have entered. The liability of Perfect Organized Amsterdam is always limited to the amount of the invoice sent for the relevant order minus the shipping costs.

Perfectly Organized Amsterdam is not liable for direct damage nor for indirect damage that has arisen during/due to the execution of the work, including consequential damage. Perfect Organized Amsterdam is also not liable for loss of or damage to personal property of the Client that arises during the execution of the work.

Liability with regard to the use of (private) visual material on our social media channels: Perfect Organized Amsterdam will always ask for permission from the customer before sharing (private) visual material on social media.

10. Images and description items

The content of the website of Perfect Organized Amsterdam has been compiled with great care. The articles in this webshop are depicted and described as clearly and truthfully as possible. The colors of the images on the website may differ slightly from the real colors of the products due to screen quality. You can not claim any rights to this. Perfect Organized Amsterdam cannot rule out the possibility that certain information is incorrect and/or incomplete and is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website.

11. Final provisions and disputes

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes arising from this agreement must be submitted to a competent court from the registered office of Perfect Organized Amsterdam.

Perfectly Organized Amsterdam strives for satisfied customers. We do our utmost to resolve any complaints in all reasonableness in mutual consultation.
